No phone tag. No pressure.
Most companies make you chase them for a quote. Send the form or call, and a real person gets back to you the same day with a straight answer and a real price.
We call you back
Usually within the hour during the day. We ask what you are seeing, where, and how long it has been going on. That covers most of what we need.
You get a real price
Quoted on your home and lot size. No inspection fee and no bait and switch. You hear the number before anything is booked.
We get you scheduled
Often same day or next day. Your technician confirms before arriving, so you are not stuck waiting on a four hour window.
What every visit includes
Every visit is the full Honorable TriShield™.
Whatever you call about, the treatment is the same three-layer job rather than a quick spray of your baseboards. Two of the three are the layers a cheaper quote is quietly leaving out.
Foundation barrier
Three feet up the wall. Three feet out from it. All the way round the house, plus windows, doors, the garage and the roofline. That strip is the road bugs use to get in.
Measured with a tape, not eyeballed
Granular yard moat
A ring of granules across the lawn. Rain wakes it back up. So does your sprinkler. In a Michigan summer that is most weeks.
Skipped by most companies. Granular costs money.
Property line
We spray the whole property line. Bugs get stopped at the edge of your yard, not at your back door.

Before you call
Contact questions, answered.
How fast will you get back to me?
Same day for anything sent during service hours, and usually within the hour. Phones are answered around the clock, so calling is faster than the form if something is active right now.
Does a quote cost anything?
No. There is no inspection fee and no obligation to book. We look at the property, tell you what we would do and what it costs, and you decide.
Can you come out the same day?
Often, depending on where you are and what the routes look like that day. Call rather than use the form if you need same-day, so we can check the schedule while you are on the phone.
What do you need to know to give me a price?
What you are seeing, roughly where, how long it has been going on, and the size of your home and lot. Price follows the property rather than the pest, so those last two matter most.
Do you treat rentals and properties I do not live in?
Yes. Tell us on the form whether you are the owner, the tenant or the manager, and whether we need to arrange access with someone else.
Is the office a walk-in?
No. The Ann Arbor address is an office rather than a shop counter, so call or send the form instead of turning up.
