How safe are your treatments for my family and pets?
Treatment preparation and re-entry requirements depend on the pest, product, and treatment area. Your technician will explain where products will be applied and provide any instructions for children, pets, food, toys, or treated rooms before service begins.
What exactly does the Honorable Shield protection cover?
Over twenty pests, with rodents included, and the bait stations come free. Five things are not covered and we would rather say so now: roaches, bed bugs, fleas inside the house, weevils and termites. We do not treat any of those. Fleas in the yard are different and come with mosquito service. Bats, birds and larger wildlife are somebody else's job.
What happens if pests come back between treatments?
If a pest covered by your Honorable Shield plan returns between scheduled visits, contact the team. Re-treatment is included at no additional charge, subject to the coverage and service terms of the plan.
How long does each treatment take?
Appointment length depends on the pest, property size, inspection findings, and whether interior treatment is needed. The team will explain the expected service time when the appointment is scheduled or after the initial inspection.
Do I need to be home during treatments?
You may not need to be home for a scheduled exterior service if the technician has access to the required areas. Initial inspections and interior treatments generally require an adult to be present. The team will confirm access and preparation requirements when scheduling.
How do I know whether I need a one-time treatment or recurring pest control?
A one-time service may be appropriate for a specific, isolated problem. Recurring service may make more sense when pest activity is seasonal, several covered pests are involved, or the property has conditions that lead to repeated activity. The technician should explain both options when they are available, including price, coverage, follow-up, and cancellation terms.
